Allowing basically means to be in a state of ‘non-resistance’. All of us are constantly moving through different states and most of them are negative states like fear, worry, anxiety, frustration and impatience.
When you entertain these states you automatically place yourself into a place of resistance. You cerate resistance by creating doubt that the Law of Attraction will work for you or not. Then you focus more on what you don’t want, and you affirm that you don’t yet have the things that will make you feel happy and content. This is like emitting a strong frequency of lack and disbelief, which the Law of Attraction must return to you in some form! I hope this is pretty much easy to understand.
“Allowing” means being in a state where you are ready to receive the things you have asked for. When you ask, the universe gives but you must be in a “state of allowing” to receive that desired object.
When you are in negative mental and emotional states, you are blocking your desired things coming into your life. In order to be in receiving mode, you need to move yourself into a more relaxed, positive frame of mind and emotion. That is ‘allowing’. Really simple, isn’t that?
So the key is to focus less on worrying and more on all the wonderful things around you and coming to you. You don’t have to know when they’ll arrive, just affirm that they will and you will be ready and waiting when they do.
Sometimes it seems very difficult to switch your focus from negative thoughts to positive thoughts when you get caught up in negative emotions, but it’s very important if you want to move back into a state of allowing.
To remain constantly in a state of allowing focus more on positive thoughts, always look for the things which makes you feel good. Many of us look for the things which are wrong and makes you feel bad. But you should avoid this tendency if you want to stay focused on the strong current of allowing. Feel grateful for what you already have. Gratitude is the best way to access the state of allowing instantly.
If you ask me what is the best technique to create a state of allowing then I will say that the techniques are not important. Just shift from negative state to more positive state, that’s all. Always be alert and watchful. Your body is constantly giving you signals of comfort and discomfort. If you are feeling discomfort then you are in a state of resistance. If you are feeling comfortable then you are in a state of allowing. As simple as that!
Always go for good feeling thoughts and emotions, it doesn’t matter if they are real or imagined or your past memories or memories of future. If you feel good in the present moment you are in the sate of allowing and everything that is good for you will start moving into your life.
