You get what you think about, whether you want it or not. Suppose you want money and if you are paying attention to your current state of reality ie. lack of money then you will attract more lack of money. So in this case you need to ignore the reality (lack of money) and focus your attention on the feeling of HAVING more money.
You have to create the feeling of HAVING to attract what you want. You have to anticipate how does it feel to have more money? How does it feel to become a millionaire? What if there is constant flow of money in my life?
When you give your attention to something you want it causes you to produce a vibration, and the vibrations that you offer works like a signal. If you desire something then you need only put your attention upon it, and, by the Law of Attraction, it will come to you.
Remember, if there is something that you desire that you currently do not have, and you put your attention
upon your current state of not having it, then Law of Attraction will continue to match that not having it
vibration, so you will continue to not have that which you desire.Suppose you are not getting a promotion and you keep complaining about it like, “I’m not getting promotion, I’m not getting promotion” then you will attract more of ‘not getting promotion’. But if you anticipate how does it feels to get promotions and enjoy good feeling then you will get promotion.
So, to create vibrational harmony to attract what you want there are techniques. The easiest way is just to pretend it, imagine that you already have that thing which you want. Feel joy and happiness of already having that thing in your life. As you consistently practice these thoughts, you consistently offer that vibration and by the powerful law of attraction it will come to you. It must come to you. Nothing can stop it, it is a law.
Now you may ask how to know that my thoughts are vibrationally match to my desire?
Very simple, when your thoughts are match to your desire, you feel good, you feel eagerness and joy. When your thoughts are not match with your desire you feel insecure, doubtful, angry, jealous, helpless, panic and uncomfortable.
When there is any negative feeling related to subject of your desire then realize that your vibrations are not matching with your desire. Every thought, every idea is vibrational. When you focus your attention on something, your inner being begins to reflect the vibration of that which you are paying attention to. As long as you are paying attention, you are vibrating and attracting that thing and it will continue until you offer a different vibration.
That’s why it is very important to pay attention to only those things which makes you feel good, which makes you feel prosperous. You should train your mind to pay attention only to good aspect of things. When you pay attention to prosperity and health you attract prosperity and health and when you pay attention to scarcity then you attract scarcity.
Scarcity simply means focusing your attention on the absence of your desire.
